Symptomatic COVID-19 testing is available for registered patients only

• If your child is less than five years of age

• OR has a fever > 101

• OR has breathing difficulty

• OR you are worried about their health

• They will need an appointment with a provider.  Please call the office..  ​​

You may obtain testing in one of two ways:

1.  Testing at one of our Pediatrics West locations (Westford, Groton, and Fitchburg).
